American College of Healthcare Executives

ACHE is an international professional society of more than 30,000 healthcare executives. The College is known for its prestigious credentialing and educational programs. ACHE's annual Congress on Healthcare Management draws more than 4,000 participants each year. The College is also known for its journal, Hospital & Health Services Administration, and magazine, Healthcare Executive, as well as ground-breaking research and career development and public policy programs. ACHE's publishing division, Health Administration Press, is the largest publisher of books and journals on all aspects of health services management in addition to textbooks for use in college and university courses. Through its efforts, the College works toward its goal of improving the health status of society by advancing healthcare management excellence.


College of Osteopathic Healthcare Executives

COHE encourages the development of hospital administration; establishes criteria of competency and sets standards to ensure that hospital executives continue to progress and develop skills by participating in educational programs; helps hospital executives serve their communities by efficient and responsible professional practice; conducts educational programs; and contributes to the advancement of efficient hospital administration. COHE members, who constitute American Osteopathic Healthcare Association's individual membership section, include osteopathic hospital CEOs, administrators and senior managers, osteopathic physicians and others interested in healthcare management. COHE holds its annual convention in the spring in conjunction with AOHA and American Osteopathic Director and Medical Educators.
